Welcome to Eddie Jumps. I first picked up a skipping rope three years ago and haven’t put it down since. Jump rope has become a massive part of my fitness routine. Skipping two to three times a week is a great way for anyone to improve fitness and become more athletic. Join me on the journey to mastering jump rope - it’s a revolution.

Why Skipping?

Skipping is a fantastic way to get fit. It’s fun, challenging and something you can do anywhere, or anytime to suit you. It does not require any gym membership and it’s so easy to get started. 10 to 20 minutes skipping is an effective way of improving your fitness levels as well as improved balance and co-ordination.

How do I start?

Eddie Jumps is the perfect place for a beginner to learn how to jump rope. I’ve created two online coaching programmes to show you exactly what to do on a step by step basis. Focusing on fitness and footwork first to build a solid foundation of technique. We then progress to learning new tricks and skills to give you the Eddie Jumps flex.
